Carpenter Needed
We need a skilled carpenter to join our property management team. Year-round work. This position includes doing carpentry for some new construction, repairing-renovating rentals, installing new siding and windows, installing doors, some roofing, and painting the exterior and interior of buildings.
Currently, we have 3 other workers: 1. A maintenance man, that has some carpentry skills. 2. A general helper with management, yard, and painting. 3. A landscaper who will also help with maintenance and painting. Each worker are individual contractor getting daily assignments, and sometimes assignment will be to help each other as a team, doing a specific project.
Prerequisite.
A. You should have your tools.
B. Provide your transportation to and from various jobs in a 5-mile radius in Roseburg. ( mileage paid).
C. Show proof of a legal Driver's license, and liability insurance, and pass pee test.
D. We want a Carpenter with skills! Not a handyman with some carpentry skills. Carpenter must be able to get on ladders, and scaffolding, and feel comfortable on roofs.
This is a good job if you have the skills and work ethic!
Our work schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm. Very few Saturdays.
