Part Time RN Opportunity: Make a Meaningful Difference in the Lives of Others
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a part-time opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and provide high-quality nursing care in a group home environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough nursing assessments to identify the medical needs of our residents
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to promote health and well-being
Delegate nursing tasks to unlicensed staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Regularly visit and evaluate patients to review and update care plans (approximately 1-2 times per month)
Qualifications:
Current RN licensure in good standing
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
Strong assessment and care planning skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
