Delfino Winery is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly tasting room associate to work part-time in our Wine Tasting room and enhance sales, service and visitor experiences. Please only serious applicants apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide customers with friendly, exceptional and enjoyable customer service
Maintain the appearance of the tasting room on a daily basis
Accurately and consistently perform tasks and procedures related to operating the tasting room
Maintain wine inventory and non-wine inventory and related tasks and procedures
Be able to educate customers on wine and history of the winery and vineyards
Learn and maintain POS system and wine club program
Maintain Bed and Breakfast as needed
Maintain grounds surrounding Bed and Breakfast as needed
Assist with Bed and Breakfast guests and related tasks.
Requirements:
At least 21 years of age
Must have OLCC permit
Ability to lift 50 pounds (case of wine)
Work longer hours during peak seasons and special events
Available to work Weekends and Holidays
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
