Pay & Benefits:

$40k-$65k/Year. Plus Potential Bonus up to $24k/Year (Earned Monthly).

M-F within the hours of 8am-6pm. MOD one week out of every 4-5 week period, on-call between the hours of 6pm-8am, M-F and 24/7 through the weekend (Don’t need to be in the office, just answer calls and follow-up with relevant parties.).

Non-Smoking Offices, Shop, and Fleet Yard.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling and dispatching our luxury full fleet; answering calls from clients and drivers

Compliance and oversight with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulation

Keeping driver and coach calendars updated and free of chaos; support to sales team and client contact

On call/phones nights and weekends, as needed

Drive when needed (Must secure a Commercial Driver License within the first 6 months of employment.)

Other duties as required

Requirements:

25 years or older.

2+ years of dispatcher experience; strong leadership experience

Knowledge of compliance requirements with all Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration (FMCSA) Rules and Regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) Regulations; ability to read, comprehend and understand maps

Ability to organize logical and efficient schedules and routes and adapt to change

Ability to communicate in an articulate and professional manner, both verbally and in writing. Clear speech and pleasant phone demeanor. Ability to use a multi-line phone system and handle multiple tasks concurrently

Working knowledge and basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel programs
