OTR solo or team driver position

Do you want to be an owner operator but maybe need a little guidance on your journey. I'm looking for drivers interested in learning to become an owner operator driving one of my trucks that I lease to a very successful and profit driven company. I have been very successful in my time as an owner operator and want to pass that knowledge on to you. If you don't want to be an owner operator that's fine. I'll still take you on. Some people don't want that challenge and that's ok. If you're looking for dedicated lanes, that is something we can discuss depending on the lane and what your goals are. Also depends on what's available within the fleet. My current driver runs Portland to Las Vegas every week. They are home 2 days a week.
