Job Description:
As our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, responsible for safely transporting clients to and from medical appointments, dialysis, rehabilitation, and other healthcare-related visits. This role is more than just driving; it’s about providing a supportive, friendly service that respects the needs and dignity of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Safely transporting clients to and from their appointments.
Assisting clients as needed for a smooth and safe transfer to and from the vehicle.
Keeping accurate records of travel times, appointments, and vehicle maintenance.
Maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle.
Requirements:
Must be 25 years of age or older.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
No criminal history; a comprehensive background check and drug testing are required.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on compassion and patience.
Ability to assist clients as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Prior experience in medical transportation or customer service is a plus.
Compensation:
Starting pay at $20 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance and business needs. Opportunities for overtime and potential for full-time hours based on business needs.
