Job Overview
Runestone Events is an event rental company and Portland's leading pipe and drape provider. We are seeking a Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring high-quality installations, and leading a team of installers. This role requires a strong desire to learn our industry's installation techniques and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
Duties
-Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
-Perform installations of various materials including pipe and drape, fixturing, mannequins, and scenic components for corporate and private events.
-Be responsible for preparing and loading materials for induvial jobs.
-Be responsible for driving box truck to and from work site/location.
-Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and safety protocols.
-Conduct regular inspections of work completed by the team to ensure compliance with company standards.
-Collaborate with project managers and clients to address any concerns or modifications during the installation process.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the job site and in the warehouse.
Qualifications
-Proficiency in communication, organization, and decision making.
-Strong work ethic and motivation skills.
-Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise on-site.
-Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively.
-Clean driving record with experience or the ability to learn to drive a 24' box truck (No cdl required)
-Strong communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and management effectively.
-Commitment to maintaining safety standards on all job sites.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
