Position: Fleet Service Coordinator
Position Type: Full Time
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining service and repairs for all company semi trucks and trailers:
- Handling all repair and service calls from drivers
- Coordinate repairs and services with Shops
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Driver Schedule
- Create/maintain a service schedule for company equipment
- Ensure equipment is compliant
- Monitor and handle parts pickups
- Organize, store, and manage supply of spare parts
- Create Service Orders
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Mechanical environment
- Problem analysis skills and good judgment
- Good communication
- Computer savvy in order to execute day to day responsibilities
