Sea Reach Ltd. is an award-winning, full service exhibit design and fabrication firm located in Sheridan, OR. Sea Reach collaborates with private and governmental agencies in the design, production, fabrication and installation of interpretive exhibits and wayfinding signage. We work all over the United States, and some international projects.
Our ideal candidate is polite and has a can-do attitude, can manage themselves, always looking to lend a hand, works well with others. Someone who listens well and thoughtfully follows instructions and contributes ideas about how to improve the work and products. Reliable - to work on time each day.
You will work independently in a shop that you will have full control over.
You will run our wood shop CNC table, and build exhibits. This is an early generation Shopbot CNC. We will provide all training.
You must possess the following:
- Need to be able to lift 70 to 100 lbs.
- Good eyesight (to read tiny target marks)
- Methodical
- Detail oriented
- Mechanically inclined - for equipment repairs
- Comfortable using computer interfaces.
- Self directed
- Familiarity with hand tools
Experience & Education:
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with hand tools: skill saw, hammer, drill, tape measure, etc.
- Math and writing skills
- Cabinetry skills
