Established General Contractor (20 years) looking to hire the right candidate for full time employment. We have several current and upcoming projects from full house remodels to smaller bathroom and deck projects. Jack/Jill of all trades wanted willing to clean up job sites, do demo, framing, decks, learn skills/experience, positive client and subcontractor interface, work with elderly/physically challenged clients, and have overall "can do" and "team player" qualities. Many opportunities for growth in learning, project management, equipment operation, etc.

Requirements:

1. Professional in conduct, respectful of clients and other trades, timely, clean work site and safety focused

2. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn all phases of construction. Company shirts/coats provided

3. Basic hand tools and drills/saws

4. Documented (or demonstrated) experience working with assemblies (modular construction), following directions/plans, and experience with the building/remodeling process.

5. Reliable transportation for projects in the greater Portland Metro region.
