Wages Based on Experience: Minimum 5+ years. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can meet the following requirements and expectations:
Is proficient in all aspects of remodeling. Including but not limited to; Demo, Framing, Basic Plumbing & Electrical Rules, Floor & Tile Installation, Roofing, Drywall, and Finish Work.
Performs carpentry work in accordance with plans, building codes, and specifications
Communicates well and effectively with all Staff, Customers, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Project Managers to keep them all aware of the job progress and any help needed.
Able to complete a job from start to finish relatively independently and with confidence
Tracks job costs and labor hours correctly ensuring each job has a complete Job Folder.
Quickly and effectively corrects any quality control issues by proactively locating problems and handling with proper solutions.
Requires very little supervision by Project Manager
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Follows safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
