The Role:
We are hiring a full-time Service Technician to join our team. This position is focused on responding
to irrigation-related service calls, warranty items, general landscape adjustments, and miscellaneous
work orders for our growing customer base.
When service work orders slow down, this role will remain full-time by supporting our installation
and build teams, helping keep projects on track. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting,
repairs, and small project needs, ensuring our clients’ landscapes perform at their best year-round.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair irrigation systems, including valves, controllers, pumps, and piping.
Perform seasonal adjustments, startups, and winterizations.
Handle warranty items and ensure timely, professional resolutions.
Complete landscape-related service tasks such as plant adjustments, minor hardscape repairs, and
general site improvements.
Communicate clearly with clients and office staff about work performed and any recommendations.
Independently manage your daily schedule and accurately track all work performed, hours, and
materials used
Step in as a support role for installation/build teams when service demand is lighter.
Qualifications:
2+ YEARS of irrigation and landscape service experience (preferred).
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for irrigation systems.
General landscape knowledge (plant care, drainage, lighting, and hardscape basics).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and stay organized while completing service calls.
Strong customer relations skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Must be able to pass a background check.
