Opportunity for a seasoned pro who is ready to continue learning and growing as a manager. We are in need of a Service Manager to manage crews, projects, warehouse, and customer remediation.

WHO WILL SUCCEED:
Minimum 3 years verifiable management experience (beyond being a crew leader) - whether in roofing, exterior maintenance, or another construction trade field. Hands on roofing experience is not required although preferred - foremost we need a team manager, project lead, occasional customer liaison, and tradesman.
Minimum 10 years construction trade industry experience, including at least 3 years of verifiable roofing industry experience. Strong familiarity with roofing, even if you have not been a "hammer swinging" roofer is necessary.
Diverse trade skills for when the situation requires something outside of our standard services.
Experience running multiple construction related, maintenance and/or trade crews.
Ability and desire to interact positively with consumers.
Ability to manage while on the road, just not at a desk.
Perform minor corrective repairs on occasion to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ability to handle and thrive in a constantly changing, dynamic environment as you manage company resources, including people, equipment and materials.
Willingness to learn our newest services and products.
Able to control your own schedule with excellent discipline and precision.
Driven and self-motivated. We don't believe in an "I can't" attitude but rather, only an "I'll find a way to get it done!" mindset.
Not intimidated by a busy environment - always looking for a challenge and to push yourself to a higher level.
Bilingual a plus but not required.
Responsibilities will be numerous and diverse, but ultimately will focus on monitoring crew quality control, improving productivity, project management, warehouse and inventory management, overseeing training, maintaining workplace safety, and building overall morale.
