Looking for a Senior Project Manager for a permanent full-time position.

You would be responsible for overseeing and coordinate all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You must be able to work across departments to ensure their needs and wants are included within the confines of the project and the budgetary restrictions.

Responsibilities:

Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs

Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members

Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timelines

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed

Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders with team members

Conduct site visits to oversee work quality and progress

Ensure compliance for local and state regulations for safety and building codes compliance

Work with project assistants to obtain all necessary permits

Requirements:

5-10 years of commercial construction projects

Construction management degree or equivalent experience

Certification such as MPM (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager)

Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-hour Outreach Training Certification

Procore/ Bluebeam knowledge preferred
