We are a locally established remodeling and painting company currently seeking a skilled individual to join our expanding team in the Vancouver and Portland area. With over two decades of experience, we specialize in interior multifamily unit renovations.
We are seeking candidates with a positive attitude and a drive for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Three to five years of experience in the construction trade
- Remodeling work including minor electrical and plumbing tasks
- Trim and door installation
- Cabinet installation
- Interior hardware installation such as door handles, cabinet handles, mirrors, and bathroom hardware
- Proficiency in painting techniques including spraying, rolling, and brush painting
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Possession of a valid driver's license and insurable status (take-home vehicle provided if available)
- Clean criminal record and ability to pass a clean UA
- Physical ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., climb a 10-foot ladder, use basic hand tools, kneel, squat, and bend

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Compensation:
- Starting pay based on experience and references
- Pay range: $20-$25 per hour
- Pay issued every two weeks
