Key Responsibilities:
Lead exterior paint prep and restoration projects
Perform lead paint removal (training and certification provided)
Restore historic wood windows and doors
Operate HEPA sanders, paint shavers, and pressure washers
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in paint prep or general painting
Dependable transportation
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and solid work ethic
Self-motivated and reliable
