Maintenance Technician – Portland, Oregon

Peer Property Management is a growing apartment property management and maintenance company based in Portland, Oregon that offers its employees the opportunity to advance their skills, paid holidays and PTO. We are dedicated to creating better living environments and providing quality work for our employees.

The Position: We’re seeking 2 part-time apartment maintenance tech's that have critical thinking skills and is self-motivated. The position would cover several properties in the Portland, Oregon area. Previous maintenance experience is beneficial but is not a requirement. Some of the responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to);

Completing daily maintenance tickets

Apartment turnovers

Providing excellent customer service to the tenants we serve

Other projects as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Must have reliable transportation and own basic tools that you can transport to the job sites

Ability to speak, read, and write in English

Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing

Ability to follow directions from fellow team members and learn & implement new skills

Valid driver's license and insurance

Accurately record time worked and adhere to timekeeping guidelines

Remain professional at all times

Schedule:

20-25 hours per week

Monday – Friday / 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Hours may vary depending on specific jobs

$22- $30/hour DOE
