We’re looking for a dedicated Lead Service Technician to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional HVAC services.

Job Description:

As the Lead Service Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC service operations, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and leading a team of technicians. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems.

Compensation:

$35 to $42 an hour based on experience

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC Service and Repair, with at least 2 yrs in a lead or supervisory role

Strong troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of HVAC systems and controls

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Carry a Training Card or License for Low Voltage Wiring for all HVAC components

EPA Certification required

NATE Certification preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

WA State 06A or 06B a plus

PTCS duct testing and commissioning license and experience a plus

Ability to work flexible hours and be On-Call as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and train a team of service technicians to ensure high-quality performance

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless units

Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs, replacements and upgrades to customers

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies

Collaborate with the service manager to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and grow the service department

Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service issues and solutions
