Hiring for a foreman and lead carpenter for concrete construction. We do foundations and other concrete work for various commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings and structures such as, Apartments, Tilt Ups, steel buildings, shopping centers, Seismic upgrades, Tenant improvement projects, etc.
Lead Carpenter:
Must be capable of basic layout, basic blueprint reading, setting grades, building concrete walls, stairs, foundations. Must be able to finish concrete and patch walls. Able to preform tasks with little over site. Physically capable to move forms. This is a well experienced position.
Foreman:
Responsible for complete layout, setting grades, concrete and sub ordering, keeping crews time/hours, managing crew, material lists, etc.
This is a bags on position. Foreman must be fully capable in blueprint reading, foundation layout, building various types of foundations, walls etc. Knowledgable in building procedures and product placement. Must know how to finish concrete and patch concrete. Physically capable to move forms. Must have experience as a foreman for several years.
