EcoWater Northwest (based in Vancouver, WA), is growing their Clean Water Plumbing team! We specialize in residential Water Filtration and Water Heaters and are looking to grow our Commercial Water Filtration business. We are also teamed with 2 large Big Box store selling and installing water filtration systems. We are seeking additional plumbers in the states of Washington and Oregon in the Portland/Vancouver market.
We are looking to fill an immediate plumbing position with these skills/requirements:
Must be a Licensed Journeyman plumber (PL01 or Journey Level OR). Additional bonus for both.
Experience in installing water filtration installation, water heaters, and commercial plumbing a plus.
Motivated and dependable.
Good communication skills.
Excellent work ethic including leadership skills and the ability to self-manage and complete all jobs in a timely manner.
Good customer service and relations skills.
Must work well with others and be a positive team player.
Willingness to put in extra hours including possible overnight stays for big jobs in the Oregon / Washington area.
This is a full-time position. We will provide a company vehicle and most tools. Prepare to work singly on simple plumbing jobs or in a team setting leading a two-man+ crew on water treatment, water heaters and installations.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay is $50 to $75 dollars per hour based upon licensing and experience, plus generous bonuses / commissions based upon installations.
Full company paid benefits including medical, dental and vision for both you and your family.
Company vehicle provided plus most tools.
Accrued paid vacation (up to 1 week the first year, up to 2 weeks the second year).
Paid time and a half for over 40 hours/week.
