Position: Part-Time/Full-Time

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or both – Experience matters, and we’re looking for skilled technicians who know their trade inside and out.
-Licensed technician preferred – We value certifications and licensing, but will consider equivalent experience.
-Must have reliable transportation – You’ll need to get to job sites on time, every time.
-Strong troubleshooting skills – The ability to diagnose and solve HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical issues efficiently.
-Experience installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and related equipment – From routine maintenance to full system replacements, your expertise will be essential.
-Comprehensive knowledge of local codes and regulations – You must be well-versed in industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
-Excellent customer service skills – We’re looking for technicians who are courteous, professional, and skilled in communication with customers.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Whether you’re working solo or collaborating with others, we need team players who can also take initiative.
-Attention to detail and high-quality standards – Every job is an opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and commitment to excellence.
-Ability to maintain accurate records and service reports – Documentation is key for both customer satisfaction and compliance.
-Comfortable with basic computer skills – You will use digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

Responsibilities:
-Perform HVAC and plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties
-Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues, offering the best solutions for each situation
-Communicate with customers to understand their needs, providing exceptional service and guidance
-Maintain accurate records and reports of service performed, including equipment details and customer notes
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes to maintain a safe work environment
-Work efficiently and independently, with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
-Provide preventative maintenance services to ensure systems operate at peak performance
-Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to provide the best service possible
