Accepting Applications for Journeyman Level Technicians
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment, indoor comfort and other related issues
Be able to maintain and repair the following, yet not limited to: rooftop units, split system units, packaged units, control systems, heat pumps, light industrial systems and air quality filtration systems.
Complete preventative maintenance services in a timely and efficient manner
Clear and professional communication with our customers, property managers, contractors and manager of findings and recommendations.
Carry out approved repairs and modifications in a timely and accurate manner
Follow and perform proper safety and company procedures
Properly fill out work orders and associated company paperwork
Provide excellent customer service and quality work to all of our clients
Maintain a clean and organized company assigned vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to troubleshoot and comprehend control, wiring schematics and blue prints
Have and maintain a clean driving record, background check and drug and alcohol testing
Brazing & CFC Certificates
Pipe fitting and installation experience is a plus
LE license in Oregon and/or Washington is a plus
