If you think Shark Bite fittings & Firnco’s are an acceptable standard you need not apply. If you’re the type that wipes copper sweat joints and polishes the pipe after just so you can admire it (maybe even post it on your Instagram) you’ll fit right in!
What we’re looking for
To add a Journeyman Plumber to our family! We will also consider a Phased Apprentice for the right person. We are looking for the individual who strives to be at the top of his/her field. All of our employees should feel valued, appreciated, and enjoy the autonomy that goes with being a high quality and respected professional.
Must haves:
1) Customer service skills & ability to communicate effectively with clients & co-workers.
2) Independently assess, diagnose and repair various residential plumbing issues.
3) Present solution(s) to clients’ plumbing problems and quote prices.
4) “Flat Rate” or “By The Job” pricing experience is a huge plus!
5) Good Driving record and valid drivers license.
6) Basic understanding of how to use a smartphone. (iPhone provided by company)
7) Valid Oregon Journeyman plumbing license. Will consider 4th year phased apprentice as well, we are an approved training agent with Area 1 JATC
Coverage area includes the greater Portland metropolitan area.

About 60%+ of our work is from repeat happy clients. $45-$55 per hour (depending on experience)
