About us:
We are a small, focused and quality driven carpentry company seeking an experienced craftsman to join our crew. The core of our work is mid-high end residential interior finish carpentry with an occasional commercial project when it’s a good fit. We are a specialty contracting company, not a general contractor.
Our work consists of, but is not limited to:
- All manor of interior finish carpentry (door installation, door & window casing, baseboards, crown, paneling, wainscoting, colonnades, etc.)
- Custom & traditional stair building including custom built newels, bent rail and cable rail
- Custom traditional and modern built-ins/cabinetry. Breakfast nooks, entertainment centers, home offices, mudrooms, mantels, fireplace surrounds, bookshelves, window seats, built-in beds, vanities, etc.
- Door hardware installation & retrofit
- 99% interior based
- both field work and shop work
- all carpentry based work with some occasional demo.
Are customers are:
- High end General Contractors
- Passionate homeowners seeking top tier workmanship, excellent customer service and conscientious tradesman
- Located in the Portland Metro area (Oregon Only)

Preferable areas of experience include, but are not limited to
- -Finish carpentry
- Cabinetry (build & install)
- Stair work
- Residential remodel
We do consider entry level applicants providing they have some experience in construction or working with their hands and a willingness to learn a trade. Our approach to choosing employees is that we seek an exceptional person who already is or has the potential to be an exceptional carpenter. Character comes first…you can’t teach that.
