Perform routine inspections of apartments, common areas, and community facilities to ensure all systems and equipment are operating correctly.
Complete work orders for maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, doors, locks, lighting, and other property features.
Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns and extend the life of building systems.
Assist with apartment turns, including painting, minor repairs, fixture replacement, and appliance installation.
Maintain community grounds, including trash collection, basic landscaping, and upkeep of outdoor amenities.
Ensure all safety protocols and building codes are followed.
Collaborate with property management and other team members to provide excellent customer service to residents.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, inventory used, and supplies needed.
