Position Overview
Kick-start your career in signage, vinyl graphics, window film, and architectural installations. In this role, you’ll learn on the job and train in:
Installing window films (privacy, frost, decorative)
Applying wall coverings and vinyl graphics
Mounting and installing wayfinding signs, directional signage
Installing dimensional letters and logos, including acrylic, PVC, metal, foam
Applying various commercial finishes including painting & restoration.
No prior experience is needed—we provide structured, hands-on training from experienced teams.
What You’ll Do
Travel to train and install at diverse commercial sites across multiple states
Work alongside seasoned installers; learn layout, measuring, cutting, mounting, and finishing techniques
Read and interpret site drawings, templates, and job orders
Communicate professionally with clients and project supervisors on-site
Adhere to Turman/Washington’s quality and safety standards at every step
Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work zones

Safety and Hiring Requirements
You must be at least 18+ years of age and pass a drug test, physical exam, and respirator fit test, and pass motor vehicle record check prior to hire
Onboarding includes safety training in fall protection, ladder/scaffold use, hazardous materials, and more
Certifications such as Boom Lift, Scissor Lift, and CPR/First Aid are provided or supported

$20.00-$23.00 per hour DOE
