We currently have an immediate need for an Experienced Electrician who is responsible for the installation and service of electrical in commercial and mixed-use buildings.
Pay Scale: $57.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Key Responsibilities
Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of electricians and electrical crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Project Management: Plan, schedule, and manage electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
Technical Expertise: Interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics to guide the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Quality Control: Inspect electrical work for compliance with national and local electrical codes to ensure safety and functionality.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues, providing technical expertise to prevent or address failures.
Communication: Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate project progress, changes, and challenges.
Training: Mentor and train apprentices and junior electricians, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare reports, maintain inventory records, and ensure proper documentation of work and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Significant experience as a commercial electrician, often including supervisory experience. Must possess an Oregon journeyman's electrical card
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety codes, and regulations; familiarity with wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Problem-Solving: Critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Great customer service skills
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, work in the attic, and climb a ladder
Work Environment
Electrical work may involve indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions. The role may require some office work for planning and administrative tasks. Occasional travel may be necessary for site visits and inspections.
