Experienced Carpenter – Decks & Patio Covers
Are you an experienced carpenter who loves working outdoors and building awesome projects? We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with a solid crew, and wants to be part of a company that specializes in custom outdoor structures.
About Us:
We’re a growing company that specializes in decks and patio covers – that’s our bread and butter. Occasionally, we’ll take on a fence or the rare garage/pole barn build, but 90% of our work is all about outdoor living spaces. Most of our projects feature composite decking like Trex and Timbertech, paired with clean, professional framing and handrail installs.
Who We’re Looking For:
We're looking for someone with real-world experience in the decking industry. You should know how to:
Frame a deck from the ground up
Cut and install stairs
Install composite and wood decking
Install wood, metal, or composite handrails
You’ll fit right in if you:
Have an eye for detail and quality
Own your own hand tools and basic power tools (like a drill/impact set)
Show up on time and ready to work
Have a good attitude and communicate well
Respect your coworkers, homeowners, and the jobsite
Can clean up after yourself and organize the trailer properly
Enjoy building beautiful things and making homeowners smile
What we do isn’t rocket science – it’s actually pretty fun. But if you tend to drag your feet or don’t care about quality, this probably isn’t the crew for you. We take pride in our work, enjoy what we do, and have a great time doing it.
