SE Portland based GC is looking for a laborer seeking full time employment with a knack for structural improvements. We specialize in the historic preservation of residential homes and commercial properties in the greater Portland area. We enjoy creating new living spaces and performing structural repairs and upgrades for our clients. We like demanding projects that are unique and challenging such as house lifting, shoring, rigging, excavation, foundations and structural rough framing / carpentry, water proofing, drainage, etc.
The candidate:
Valid ODL and reliable transportation. No exceptions.
Dependable. Reliable. Honest. Shows up to work daily and on time.
Hard worker. Can lift 50 pounds and up. Physically fit to shovel sweep and broom. Load and unload heavy equipment and tools.
Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures.
Can work long hours if needed 8-12 x day.
Excellent communication, quick learner, innovative thinker and positive attitude. Detail oriented, organized and accurate. Prioritizes customer service .
Willing to learn. Follow directions.
Not looking for a get by paycheck. You seek long term employment. Become part of a team.
Speak fluent English.
