Awesome Salary:
$22.00 to $35.00/hr depending on experience. We will reward you with responsibility and raises, including paid holidays and PTO, as you grow with our company.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform Land Rover vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to accurately diagnose using diagnostic computer equipment
- Help keep shop area neat and clean, and be able to account for parts and shop tools
- Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
- Document all work performed
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers, colleagues and management

Skills:
- Proven track record of your current and past automotive repair achievements (minimum of 3 years hands-on experience is required)
- Land Rover, Ford or BMW experience a huge plus
- Must have own tools
- Outstanding communication skills and a team player
- Professional appearance and high work ethic
- Solid and punctual attendance record
- Great attitude with a high-energy and friendly personality
- Superior people and customer service skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Valid driver’s license
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have technical aptitude - preferably displayed by ASE certification
- Technical or trade school degree a plus
