River City NW Mechanical is a family-owned business that specializes in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration & Cooking Equipment Maintenance, Install & Repairs. We offer 24-hour emergency service to our customers so our technicians rotate being on call on weekends.
We are looking for team members with a keen interest for attention to detail and focused on taking the lead in industry standards and practices. Experience in HVAC or REFRIGERATION or COOKING EQUIPMENT repairs, maintenance and installs. Mechanically inclined, able to lift 50 lbs, not afraid of heights, and has a understanding of electricity. We are also looking for HVAC ESTIMATORS and MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBERS/LEADERS.
We are seeking a full-time, long-term employee. Candidates must have field experience. Must be confident in taking ownership of your own jobs after two months of training.
We are looking for a dependable, highly motivated, and professional. You must be able to problem solve, be self-sufficient, motivated, pay attention to detail, be very organized, and have strong communication skills. Someone that can "WOW" our customers not only on the job but also with their communication skills.

Requirements: EPA UNIVERSAL, low voltage and boilers license is a plus. Willing to take drug test and background check/ Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
