Bullseye is seeking a full-time versatile person who will enjoy being a valued member of our IT team comprised of a Systems Administrator, Multi-Media Developer and Programmer.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the full scope of IT support within the manufacturing plant and remote retail locations, encompassing both end-user support and managing the plant’s IT infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of resolving day-to-day technical issues for employees while also maintaining the servers, networks, and other critical systems that ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing plant and its remote retail locations. The Systems Administrator will handle all tiers of IT support, from user-level troubleshooting to high-level infrastructure management.

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

3+ years of experience in systems administration, desktop support, and network management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
