Clear Financial Partners is looking for a Marketing/ Graphic Designer!
We need one really good person who can "manage the spiderweb" of our social media, podcast, book publishings, websites, YouTube channel, PR initiatives, client advertising.
In addition to routine maintenance and upkeep of all our computers, you will also maintain and operate all systems for hosting our online education portals for our clients and franchisee advisors. Video editing skills is a must. You will be working close with the marketing team to develop eye catching graphics along with video productions for social media, TV, and streaming sources seen across the world.
All of our team members must be willing to learn, follow, and keep up to date our current systems and processes with precision. We pay well above the average compensation for this role in the Portland, Oregon area because we will only accept top-quality candidates.
Additional responsibilities include other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced PowerPoint skills
Computer skills, specifically with PC (and knowledge of Apple products)
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Basic Website Design and other Creative Design Abilities a Must!
Excellent knowledge of the English language and practical business communications skills
Ability to follow directions and systems and maintain close attention to detail
Must be willing and able to learn rapidly with a "whatever it takes" attitude!
Must be willing to take direction from leadership – must be coachable
Must be able to hear it/read it once and do it right the first time.
Must bring proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
Must have a positive mindset with an authentic desire for advancement and personal development.
Must be able to pass a background check.
