We are a small Managed Service Provider looking to add an additional Service Desk Technician to our team. Job Duties:

Support and optimize small and medium-sized business clients’ Windows-based networks. This includes installation,

configuration, repair, and migration of PC and server hardware, software, network equipment, and line of business

applications.

Technical Skills and Experience Required:

2 – 4 years of experience providing help desk support, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment.

Experience using MSP tools i.e. ConnectWise, Automate (Labtech) Kaseya etc.

Ability and experience deploying, managing, and repairing Windows systems in domain-based networks, including

hardware-level repairs and configurations.

Strong working knowledge of Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, Hyper-V

virtualization, and core networking services i.e. DNS/DHCP/Shared data and printer management.

Proficiency and experience configuring and administering hardware firewalls, routers, and switches. Remote access

implementation and support.

Office 365 administration and migration knowledge.

Backup, restore and disaster recovery processes – Datto Backup experience preferred.

Experience deploying and managing Antivirus and security software – ESET experience preferred.

Ability to multi-task and adapt to constantly changing priorities throughout the day, in a fast-paced, sometimes

stressful environment.
