We offer 32-36hr 4 day work weeks, paid training, flexible time off, regular advanced training, up to 14% retail commission, sick/vacation pay, money towards health care, Dental, lots of walk-ins, a large existing clientele, and a very drama free positive work environment! Our stylists have been with us on Average over 6yrs.
We are flexible with time off and switching shifts so that our stylists can enjoy life.
Education and advanced training is something we are very passionate about. Our salon educator was previously an Aveda Color Educator.
