Stop working for an hourly rate! For 24 years The Barbers has partnered with our barbers to make them the best paid in our industry. Our average employee makes over $30/hour, not including cash tips. We offer $17/HR minimum guarantee, however, 95% of our employees earn more than that because we offer a 50/50 commission split.
