I’m looking for someone to split my room
with since I’m slowly transitioning out of the beauty industry.
We are a 5 room shop providing lashes, waxing, microblading and sugaring. We’re looking to add someone who has a service we don’t yet offer. Good fits would be: acupuncturist, tooth gems, teeth whitening, treatment facials and any kind of body work that doesn’t require a silent salon. We’re bustling and busy so it’s not suited for typical, relaxing day spa treatments.
My room is $800 a month and I plan to work between 3-4 days a week, slowly cutting back more over the next year. My usual schedule is Thursday to Sunday but I’m open to adjusting it. Since we do a large volume of waxing and my room contains equipment for that, another waxer is welcome. We prefer that you have a decent clientele that you can bring in.
We all chip in to provide sparkling water, wine and candy for guests. Schedulicity is included in rent.
