Annastasia Salon is looking for a Location Lead for our Multnomah Village location. This position is the hub for the location. Our new Lead will train and mentor front desk staff, produce schedules, order inventory, handle customer concerns, and report to the salon's General Manager.

Our ongoing training and development plan will support this position to become their individual best. The Location Lead is a stepping stone for future advancement as our company grows.

Duties & Responsibilities

Grow incremental sales

Controls inventory levels and spending (back bar and retail)

Cultivates front desk team and client retention. Manages client rebook rates

Efficiently handles and trains the front desk team on scheduling, canceling, and re-scheduling client appointments

Supervise Support Leaders and provide feedback to indirect reporting leader

Manages booking mistakes, corrective work, re-do, or refunds in a professional manner

Support annual marketing plan through implementations and achieving goals

Identifies areas of improvement and provides possible solutions to GM

Other Duties

Handles escalated customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner

Maintaining a clean, organized salon

Deals with general inquiries from the team/clients of the salon

Compensation

- $21 an hour

- Bonus for front desk team hitting goals (Current)

- Sick Pay - 40 hours front-loaded each year (The first year is prorated)

- Vacation pay.

- 1st year: 40 Hours (90-day waiting period)

- 2nd year: 80 Hours

- 3rd year 120 Hours

- Unpaid time off, Managers don't have a cap on unpaid time off.
