Enso Float is one of Portland's newest Float Therapy and Sauna & Cold Plunge destinations, located in the Pearl District.
We specialize in Private Float Therapy and Sauna and Cold Plunge Sessions.
We're currently looking for outgoing individuals with the ability to make the experience of our members and patrons unforgettable.
We're cleaning, spraying rooms down, wiping things up, lot of laundry, this is not just a receptionist position.
No previous knowledge of floating is necessary, just a willingness to learn and talk to people about it.
The job includes greeting customers and introducing them to their room, breaking down and resupplying rooms after sessions, laundry, general maintenance, etc.
We love to get customers hooked on their first float experience Enjoy a peaceful and active work environment
This is a fun and rewarding work environment We try to chill people out, and customers are very kind and thankful if we're doing a great job.
There is a possibility of moving up in hours and pay depending on experience and ability to learn. 8+ months and receive commissions on sales items.
Successful candidates will posses the following attributes:
- Friendly, energetic, and self motivated
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skill
- Punctual and flexible with their schedule
- Ability to maintain a very clean work environment
- Ability to move fast when turning rooms over
- Comfortable working in the public spa environment
- Must be available most weekends
