We're looking for outgoing individuals who value a clean workspace and are willing to make the experience of our members and floaters super enjoyable. You don't need any previous knowledge of floating, just a willingness to learn all about it!
Employees will take part in greeting and engaging with customers, getting rooms ready, learn spa sanitation best practices, and building lasting relationships with our regular customers.
This is a fun and rewarding work environment We know how to chill people out, and customers are very kind and thankful because of it.
Successful candidates will posses the following attributes:
- Friendly, energetic, and self motivated
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skill
- Punctual and flexible with their schedule
- Ability to maintain a very clean work environment
- Ability to move fast when turning rooms over
- Comfortable working in the public spa environment
