Some people have QUIET jobs and are satisfied to retire with enough to live on, while others effect so MANY LIVES through their work and get wealthy at the same time. Imagine you throw a rock in a lake and all the LITTLE RIPPLES it creates then you get stronger and next time you push a boulder that is bigger than you over a cliff into the lake and the BIG WAVES it creates flow all the way to the opposite side of the lake So maybe your career is similar, you effect so many lives in positive ways that your influence grows stronger and soon you are getting so many calls from their friends and relatives for their help too, while your bank account grows every year because every person you have helped in the past you keep getting paid on every year after – yep that’s called residual income and heath insurance is the best way to truly help others and get paid.
Maybe you meet a nice elderly woman who hasn’t been able to afford eye glasses for years and you can get a her a plan that is $0/month and pays for a pair of eye glasses (or $1800 in free dental care or free hearing aids or free drug store items like aspirin and toothbrushes)… You have truly improved her life. Or you meet a busy middle-aged man that has a decent job but doesn’t think he can afford health insurance, so he is basically one car accident away from bankruptcy and losing all his savings… You show him that because he has an average income the government will pay half of his insurance premium every single month!
A little bit about me… I’ve been a health broker for 13 years, and yes at first it was very hard and I was living hand to mouth for the first two years until I built a residual income that was coming in every month from my sales over the first two years. I had to learn so many things, but the HARDEST PART was getting a meeting to be face to face with someone that needed my help, if I could do that the plans sold themselves most of the time. So now I’m a master at marketing and have so many ways to get new clients I simply don’t have time to chase them all. I’m building a team and I'll be showing them the ropes. IN ONE YEAR each team member will reach the level that took me 3 years to achieve, they will already have a decent residual income after their first year. And AFTER TWO YEARS they will have accomplished what it took me 5 years to achieve, because instead of re-inventing the wheel, I will be with them every step of the way we will walk that path over the mountain together, to the valley of abundance, all the while feeling good that we have IMPROVED SO MANY lives, your clients truly appreciate you.
Let me ask you a question, HOW MANY PEOPLE DO YOU KNOW that get a 20%-25% pay raise every single year?

No you don't have to live in Portland, since you will usually be working from your home office. And a great thing about working from home is suddenly you have so many tax deductions, part of your rent/mortgage payment, your power and internet bill, your cell phone bill, those restaurant meals you mention your business (even with friends).
