We are seeking insurance professionals in the State of Oregon, that may want to leverage the First Oregon, LLC® brand, to also offer investment advisory services through our affiliated RIA firm, a SEC registered investment advisor, based in Naples, Florida.
Depending on your potential role with a client, you may need a Series 65 license, please contact us to discuss your objectives to determine the licensure needed. Licensing depends if you want to serve in a referral capacity (“Promoter“) or as an Investment Advisor Representative, where a Series 65 license would be needed. However, the Series 65 may be waived for those with a CFP or CFA designation, or for those who serve as a Promoter or Solicitor.
First Oregon does not have any minimum production requirements or contests. By offering professional portfolio management services, you could enhance your practice beyond Insurance and create a new revenue stream for your practice.
Insurance Payouts: 100% Payout on any insurance business, meaning no change in your IMO or insurance company relationships is required. You would maintain your choice of IMOs and/or insurance companies to work with.
