HOW DOES IT WORK?
We don't sell diet pills or hair restore products. Our compensation system isn't shaped like a "pyramid".
Simply put, we offer print marketing services targeted at the real estate industry. Our primary client base being home inspectors, mortgage lenders, general contractors, etc. Basically anything and everything related to the home buying and selling process.
IS PHONE SALES FOR ME?
Cold call sales is not easy, which is why our training team will work with you one-on-one to help you learn the ins and outs of closing deals! The difference with us is that EVERY SALES is a GUARANTEED cash bonus (paid SAME DAY) on top your BASE hourly rate (NO QUALIFIERS like at other places where you end up having to secure multiple deals just get paid for one).
At the end of the day, our average sales reps make between $50k-$60k per year with our top earners between $70k-$120k.
As a new hire in training, you can expect to secure 3-5 deals a week while you learn the ropes, as long as you're coachable, trainable and willing to trust the training process.
This is an IN-OFFICE position - NO WORK FROM HOME.
ALRIGHT, WHAT'S THE CATCH?
Cold call sales can be hard! You will hear a lot of "Nos'" before you can that "Yes!". Sales is primarily a numbers game. If you have the ability to stay the course, shrug off the bumps in the road and move onto the next call with a good attitude, then you CAN do this! Attitude is everything. If you can put in the effort, remain teachable and open-minded, then we will show you everything you need to succeed at a high level.
QUALIFICATIONS + HOW TO APPLY
1 year MINIMUM experience in cold calling/selling a product or service over the phone
Basic understanding of computers, email systems, accurate typing ability
Outgoing personality, able to speak with total strangers and describe products effectively
Teachable - our proven script and sales strategies just work
On-time, solid work-ethic, dependable, reliable
Organized and motivated to earn every single day
Available M-F - 7 am to 3 pm - 35 hours a week
