We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team of quality professionals working out of one of our locations in the Beaverton area. The property is a large A+ property. The Leasing Specialist position is full time, works 40 hours a week with the possibility for occasional overtime and will have Sundays and Tuesdays or Sundays and Mondays off. This position will be eligible for our generous benefits package after the waiting period of 60 days.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in general Office and Sales work, have a good work ethic and willingness to work with and on a team. There are many opportunities for professional growth as we are a company that promotes from within.

This position reports to a leasing manager or assistant manager and is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. Must be able to close a sale and have previous sales experience.
