Job Description: As a Sustainable Food Sales Representative, you will be the face of Full Circle, engaging with individuals and businesses in the Willamette Valley. Your mission will be to introduce our local, organic, and sustainable farm-to-table program to potential customers, sharing the benefits of supporting our community-focused, environmentally conscious approach to food.

Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents and businesses to promote our farm-to-table program, educating them on the benefits of local, organic, and sustainable produce.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and explaining how our program can enhance their lifestyle or business.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our farm's practices, organic certifications, and sustainability initiatives to effectively communicate the unique value of our offerings.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the growth of our farm-to-table program and the success of our company.

Qualifications:

Passion for Sustainability: A genuine interest in promoting and supporting sustainable, local agriculture.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our farm-to-table program.

Sales Experience: Previous door-to-door sales or relevant sales experience is desired but not required - this is a fantastic entry-level sales role.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set and achieve goals, and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.
