Compensation: Compensations will be 100% commission-based. It will range from $1,870-$3,500 per week. Uncapped income potential. Be in control of your income!
Hours: We have a daily minimum sales requirement or 8 hours whichever comes first. You could easily work 3 hours some days if you want to just hit your goal for the day and take off.
Other Common Titles: Field Representative, Outside Sales Representative, Outreach Specialist, Door-to-Door Salesperson, or related
Job Type: Our sales professionals are 1099 contractors and hit at least the minimum weekly sales goals each week. Window geeks provides training and 1 on 1 coaching with a mentor or manager to insure you have the resources you need to be successful.

Our cleaning systems utilize specialized equipment to provide our customers with more value for their dollar. We can also help out with other home services such as roof & gutter cleaning and pressure/soft washing. Window Geeks is a locally owned company based in McMinnville, OR and we currently service throughout the Willamette Valley.
Brand Ambassador / Outside Sales Canvasser Responsibilities:
Drive to your assigned turf for the day
Talk to homeowners and provide them with an instant quote for their home
Answer questions about our services and collect customer information
Meet and exceed goals with the help of your manager and mentor
Uphold the company’s core values
Report sales to manager
Brand Ambassador / Outside Sales Canvasser Requirements:
Sales experience is a plus but not required. We provide training, you bring the drive to succeed.
Experience memorizing scripts is a plus
Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle to get to and from work/lunch
Must have mobile phone (Android/Apple) with general knowledge of using apps
Must be able to walk for up to 8 hours a day (job is great exercise)
Must be at least 18 years old
