As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales revenue for our company. This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, providing you with the opportunity to earn a competitive income while representing a reputable and growing company in the exterior home improvement industry.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and contractors through regular sales calls, networking events, and trade shows
-Identify potential customers and generate leads through effective prospecting and market research
-Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to educate customers on our products and services
-Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
-Collaborate with our installation and customer service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service
-Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best sales practices
-Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of proven success in outside sales, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
-Demonstrated ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales
-Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
-Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
-Proficient in using technology for sales and tracking purposes
-Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
