In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction levels. The ideal candidate should be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries face-to-face as well as, via phone, email, and live chat.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Fluent in English.
Compensation: $3000+ per month
