Security- Easiest job you will ever love!
Local Non-profit retirement home is seeking Security/ Night Attendant to look over the place at night.
This is an entry-level position. This position is for Graveyard shift (11:30pm – 7:30 am). Might have a couple of swing shifts (4:00pm to 11:30pm) available as well. Looking for full or part time.
Duties include: Control security door to the building (buzzing people in); maintain the security of the building and report any problems; monitor security cameras; assist residents and visitors; respond to emergency calls from residents, calling 911 when needed; maintain security office records and equipment; answering the phone. Minimum office skills for answering phones, looking up basic information on the computer, completing basic paperwork.
Must be mature, dependable individual with good people skills, able to communicate well with elderly and disabled individuals and who is able to remain calm under stressful situations. Usually a very quiet job.
Excellent job for students. Plenty of time to study and two Wi-Fi routers within 20 ft of you. Very close to Clark College or WSU.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Minimum wage to start with 90-day review
Holiday pay. One week of vacation after one year of employment.
Medical and Dental insurance eligibility after 90 days for full time.
