Grocery Manager
Harvest Market is a locally owned and operated grocery outfit that delivers quality food and services to their communities. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, detail-orientated Grocery Manager to help facilitate operations at our Harvest Market store located in White Salmon, WA.
Applicants for the position should have these desired characteristics:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Grocery Management position.
- Must display strength in knowledge of merchandising for sales
- Ability to motivate and lead a team, including schedule writing and reviewing performance.
- Quality organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- Strong proficiency in truck-to-shelf inventory management.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Execution of Company directed fiscal goals.
- Bookkeeping and Financial background is required.
